From furniture rental to custom booths, we provide every service you need to make your convention a success. The Exhibitor Service Kit is your passport to the services we have to offer. We offer online or printable forms that can be mailed or faxed in.  Here is what to expect from your Exhibitor Kit:

Convention Summary

Provides an overview of your event, including convention dates and time, order and payment deadlines, general details about the convention hall, set up and dismantle schedules, and shipping information and deadlines.

Furniture Order Form

Stools and chairs, stanchions and rope, risers and display tables, and drapes: order the furniture you need to complete your display.

Custom Exhibits

Choose from a wide variety of rental exhibits. We also have packages available that include, carpet, installation, delivery and dismantling.

Booth Cleaning

Order a once only vacuuming prior to the opening of the show, daily vacuuming (including emptying wastebaskets), or our Porter Service—which consists of an assigned person cleaning your booth during show hours.
